"1- hotel was not clean and full of bugs and spiders. It was in yhe ceiling (photo attached) 2- No wifi given 3- no tv was at the room although it says in the hooking that there is a tv. 4- towels are so old and could not even use them! "Very nice place to stay in the middle of the beautiful Alps. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious with a large living room and bathroom, that contains a small sauna. That's was really good experience. Apartment has a full kitchen including dishwasher and oven, that would be very useful for longer stay. And the view no doubts is wonderful. Hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was included. Not a very large choice, but for such a small hotel it was quite good."

"Pretty good overall. Room was comfy and well appointed. WiFi worked ok. The only issue was the lacking of soundproofing in the walls. Was extremely noisy from a nearby room at night. Primary reason for a hotel room is to get some sleep. At this it failed. Such a shame, other than that it was fine."
