"Have stayed before but some things have changed now . To improve services especially for veterans and family’s a kettle etc would be ideal. We arrived to find the toilet in our room dirty was immediately moved to another which was fine. Food In restaurant in the evening was exceptional And great value except dining room was very cold everyone was eating with costs on "

"This is a basic motel. It is clean and was comfortable. Breakfast was offered but did not have options at all for dietary intolerances or allergies. Though the notice said that staff speak English, the receptionist had to get a colleague to deal with my request for a refund for breakfast. This made for discomfort, though the refund was given. "

Staff were welcoming and helpful although it does help if you can speak a bit of French as only one person speaks fluent English. "Warm, friendly welcome and super fast check in, compact but spotlessly clean room with lovely shower room and sizeable fitted wardrobe space. Lovely sleek wood Flooring. Bed was so lovely and firm and had very crisp, cotton bedding and a Deep, warm duvet; although heating system in room was very efficient.
