Front desk is nice and friendly, but should more proactive, like call the customer to confirm if I have registered membership as well as ask me if I have drive and issue me the parking ticket. My little boy Peanut Butter had a wonderful time here, playing with the hotel’s alpacas and having a lot of fun running around. The room with a well-decor and excellent lake view is extremely clean.
