"The hotel was nice, and staff was great, but a bit noisy there by the railway. The lobby smells too strongly of deodorizer. It's very overwhelming. Some of the food was mediocre, but some good; the coffee very good. The water wasn't very hot in the shower, unfortunately. It was warm, but not hot enough. "Villa Caprichosa Hotel is stunning & very comfortable. It is located on the hill and has beautiful views of the ocean. We stayed at La Choza cottage - 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and outdoor shower. Diana, the owner, is very nice and welcoming. Juan Carlos, manager, was very helpful and arranged pick up/drop off to the ferry. The Vista restaurant on the property is fantastic as well. Perfect hotel for a couples weekend or family trip with older kids."

"We loved our stay here! It was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax by the pool and soak up the sun. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! We were a little crazy and arranged a 1 day trip to San Blas islands (an almost 12 hour round trip journey), and they arranged the whole thing and even saved us dinner! Punta Chame is a bit further out, but it was perfect 3 night stay for us."
