"Caution when booking this property through Expedia. We traveled to Germany from the United States, and when we arrived there, they did not have our reservation. After finding someone to speak English, she was able to locate the reservation, however, they were not prepared for our arrival. It seemed to be an inconvenience for them that we were there.
