"Staff lacking friendliness. Balcony to be shared with neighbour without notification or any kind of separation outside. Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). "The property is located on the outskirts of town so there's little audible traffic noise. The hotel is quaint and typically German in style. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating was that it lacks a lift to the 1st floor which may be an issue for guests with various mobility problems. "

"Hotel was lovely, rooms were fantastic as I think they had just been renovated. The food was great, we had breakfast each day and dined in the restaurant too. The only downside, and this is not a negative as it’s totally necessary to keep to the high standards they set, was that the downstairs bar was closed for refurbishment. As said, if it improves the place even more then fantastic. We are touring at the moment and doing three nights in each location and to date this has been my favourite....
