The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. "We stayed in other Ibis Styles hotels before and this one was not a great experience. The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. The general stay was OK but not the best for the same hotels chain. "

"Heel gezellig hotel met erg goed restaurant (er zijn twee menu's, een goedkoop en een wat duurdere, wij kregen (leerden we achteraf) alleen het duurdere te zien wat heel prima was, ook qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding). Vanuit een aantal kamers heb je prachtig uitzicht over de wijnvelden. Gezien de mooie en fijne ligging (tov de route de soleil) en het gebodene denken wij er zeker terug te komen. "
