"Stayed for 1 night on the way to the Alps for a week. Very easy to find and convenient for what we needed. "

"Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"

"If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do...

"Very clean and a very comfortable bed. Just a bit run down in places. Slept very well. "

"The front desk rang to get an ETA and stayed on to greet us. Really nice accommodation with lots of facilities. Fridge, hob, microwave and kettle."
