"Quite dated (decor from 60's and 70's like yellow or green sink) but overall good. I scored 4 stars because it would not be fair to other hotels which are brand new and modern. Staff super helpful. "

"Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages). "

"The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. If your using it just for stop over and just need a place to crash excellent as bed was nice shower was great as well"

"Overall it was fine. When I first saw it on the river I thought that would be cool. But it is behind the highway. Not so cool. Parking garage was a wee bit tight getting into and out of but it was nice having parking! We still walked everywhere. Nice town. This location would probably be nicer in the summer with activities on the warf"

"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb.
