"The snowstorm caused some issues related to transportation and dining, but none of that was the fault of the hotel. If you do happen to travel to Chesterfield during the winter, bring a 4-wheel drive and pack a lot of snacks. "

"The front desk staff were phenomenal. They were very friendly and approachable, and offered a lot of information about the area. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed that greeted me by name when calling the front desk, and it made my stay feel more personable. Breakfast had limited items, but it was delicious. An outlet mall is located behind the property, great for shopping! Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. "

"The hotel was under a major renovation as of Oct 2023. The rooms were dated, which is okay. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. There wasn't much offered for the complimentary breakfast. I am sure this place will be a nice place to stay when finished. This hotel is a bargain compared to the surrounding area hotels."
