"Front desk staff were kind, helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the wall of windows in our room, that faced the elevators. Parts of the window were frosted, but you could still see through them, unless the room darkening drapes were pulled. This made the room very dark. The hotel was in an excellent location for walking to various sights and restaurants. "

It was also very well located with respect to downtown Barcelona, close enough to reach it in 10 minutes via car. The service was also great and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast could have been a little better, but it was still ok. "

"The property was good and quite area. However it was a little far from the tour bus location or main attractions. Shopping center was close but the facilities were not good. No kettle, iron, dryer, less options for breakfast no beans, no enhlish breakfast tea etc. Otherwise the price was decent. The staff were very helpful and kind."

"The property itself was nice. Rooms were a little smaller than expected. Roof top pool has wonderful views. Pool itself is not heated so sadly no opportunity to use it. Did not have any meals on the property. Although I felt mostly safe around the neighborhood there are many homeless people. "
