"Eazy check-in and check-out. Staff was very friendly. The only thing that was an issue was that breakfast ended at 9:30 and when it said it ended at 9:30 they meant it. The turned the lights and the juice machine off not that there was anything out to get anyway. "

"One of the lights was out in the bathroom, mentioned it to Manny & within 2hours, a maintenance man came & put in new bulb. They could have waited til the next day & that would have been fine. "

"I was aware the resort was kind of "rustic" in the sense of a natural park/water park - cabin, but to our surprise, it exceeded our expectation, our room was ample, clean and great. The staff was uber-kind and attentive to our needs, we were provided an informative package with all the activities and amenities they offer, I wish I had more time than just the weekend to explore the area; we all had fun. This is a family resort so expect pets and kids around. "
