"The hotel and staff were great however when we stayed it was exstremly warm 31 deg C. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."

"Broke my leg during my stay (fell on the ice) and the service before my return flight was fantastic. Needed a bit more assistance due to crutches and was well taken care off by everyone working there. Since I couldn’t walk far I got to eat dinner there often. The menu is small and simple. And would have loved there to be more restaurant around the place. But I choose the hotel because it’s close to the lift. Too bad I couldn’t ski at all. "We stayed 7 nights in hotel Express. So far hotel is clean , well maintained, rooms big enough, bed comfortable , bathroom clean . WiFi didn’t work well most of times unfortunately, not sure what the issue but will recommend to fix it . Staff if pleasant, professional and helpful, breakfast was ok . Across the street huge supermarket, done dining , in general this is nice hotel , recommend. "

"The hotel is in a great location, not too noisy, very alpine style and warm and cozy. The staff are so friendly and nice - faultless. The room is small but comfortable, just enough space and a nice balcony. Bathroom is amazing (we had a bath tub). Breakfast was included, it was basic but great and eggs were always amazing. Points for improvement - cupboard smelt of mold / damp. You have to carry heavy luggage up stairs should have a lift. Really needs a kettle in the room as a minimum, there is...

"Fantastic place to stay if you're skiing in Chamonix. Great location close to the centre, but just far enough out to be quiet. Amazing staff. All very friendly and accommodating. Let us use the room to freshen up after we skied on our last morning. "

"This was a lovely little room, very comfortable. Not a lot open on Sunday in the town. No restaurants or cafes or even grocery store. If you want to eat on Sunday, you have to drive into chamonix or wait until the restaurant opens at 6:00 pm. Wish the breakfast was included. It looked delicious! "

I especially like the kitchen, the cleanness, good walking distance to Chamonix centre, supermarket and Brevent ski resort. I would recommend to my friends who want to come to Chamonix. "
