"I really liked this hotel. In an excellent location in the centre of town and opposite the train station. Also had an entrance into the local library which for me was a real bonus. "The decor in the property is a little dated but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and large rooms. The chef was very personable and even arranged bacon to be available for us at breakfast even though it is not on their menu. "Great little hotel in a really nice location. Stayed for one night as we were just passing through, but the room was large and comfortable, staff were great and food was excellent. We were on a fully loaded up motorbike so the big cobbles in the car park raised the pulse slightly, but thankfully it was dry.
