"Was there for a golf championship, we had a chance to have a wonderful staff, good food, great location nestled in between beach and golf course. Only drawback was low wifi signal from the room"

"The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help. Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. The aircon was in the living room and not the large bedroom where it was needed. Good size balcony and kitchen had great facilties. TV didnt work much...

"Absolutely disgraceful!!! No one there after 7pm to check us in. Then they lied to hotels.com saying staff were there until 3am. The hotel opposite said the place is for the poorly and elderly and were not sure why they are on hotels.com !!??"

"Very dated furniture. No wifi in an area that also had very poor 4G. Had to make our own beds as sheets were provided in plastic due to Covid measure I guess. Had to keep door locked as it wouldn’t stay shut otherwise. Expensive for what it is. "

"No window screen, no ac and no fan - at minimum a fan should be provided. Otherwise good location, good breakfast and a comfortable room."

"Great place to stay, 5 min walk to Dax center.Good tapas ( French style ) and platter of charcuterie in the bar area if you just want something light to eat. The outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint but I recommend it."

"Logement ne correspondant pas aux photos d Hotels.com . Equipements vetustes, mais propre dans l ensemble (sauf salle de bain, moisissures présentes) Emplacement top par contre car juste à côté de l Océan et d un centre dynamique... Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances mais nous ne reprendrons pas Odalys car déçu tout de même."

"Dans l'ensemble le séjour c'est bien passé. Dommage de devoir prévoir (acheté) une éponge et le nessaire de nettoyage... Piscine non chauffé et sol a refaire car très mal aux pieds... Accueil du personnel très bon avec sourire .. "
