"Great hotel, great location and excellent accommodations "

"This is a beautiful hotel, however, the customer service brings the rating down. Unlike a lot of other hotels the staff were extremely hesitant to allow us to leave our baggage at the hotel before checking in. Our flight landed in the morning and check in wasn’t until 2, we ended up upgrading to allow us to move freely. Breakfast is really great but one staff member on to assist all customers orders and check in does not work and creates long wait times and a competition to get attention. Lastly...

"A hotel with old world charm, we absolutely loved our stay here. From a beautiful lobby with a piano playing on its own, very friendly staff, a wonderful room and incredible breakfast.
