"It was a short overnight stay, just passing through. The bed was extremely comfortable!!! The only thing that was a tad annoying was the smoke detector… it’s right over the bed practically, and flashes a light every couple minutes, so if you’re a lite sleeper, you might wanna put some tape over the light. "

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is great. Perfect location for Folly Beach. Walking distance to everything and right on the beach. The hotel is older so the rooms are a little dated, but it was fine. We enjoyed our stay."

I would have liked to check out the hot tub, but it was pretty cold at night, and the water seemed just lukewarm. I was really put off by two things: #1. At check-in, the desk person was kind of rude or maybe just indifferent. She didn’t seem to want to be there or care that I was there. Later, I asked the same person for another...
