"It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. "They need to be professional. Intercom was not working even after complaints. First day room was not cleaned and they said staff is gone for the day. However staff is courteous and respond immediately. Breakfast was good but limited to only idly, Dosa and pulav and not as shown in the website. Overall okay stay and not worth the amount I paid"

I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews.
