Things to note: Checking was easy at a self checkin machine we only saw one member of staff at breakfast. This was not a problem for us. "This was such a lovely hotel! I felt like I was in a Disney movie. Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. Cobbled stone streets, charming clock tower and old buildings everywhere. Near lake Zurich. Absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately being in a small town, my partner faced some discrimination. I am white and “looked” Swiss and had no problems, he is Persian and got many stares and was not treated respectfully by all in this small community."
