"The hotel is nice and the bar/restaurant area is good. However, I was charged for parking at the hotel which seemed somewhat excessive considering I was staying there. I can understand charging for parking in a busy city environment, but the hotel is not in a city and is also quite a long way from the ski slopes. Charging for parking was a bit of a shock."

"I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car.
