One room was cleaned daily, the other room was not touched by cleaning staff in three days. Neither room had hung door cleaning request. They just came in to one room but not the other. We also knew that there was no AC and it happened to be unusually hot weather. But we asked for fans and they were provided the next day. No complaints from us. if you want modern-go to a modern hotel. We LOVED the history of where we were staying. We would have appreciated having coffee in the room instead of just tea...
