"Ok property, nice staff and breakfast and dinner included. A nice surprise was not just a pool but sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. No lift stunk as i had two heavy bags. "

"I walked in to Reseption and smell hit me . Walking to room the hallway smelt . In the Room the carpet crunched in every step .. I turned and left . Spoke to reception told them I’ve just drove 4 hours .and I can not stay hotel as it was as described & am leaving to drive back another 4 hours to Kraków . They agreed their would be no charge and I left ..so I paid for a hired car I didn’t need and a full tank Petrol .."
