"A brilliant construction and location in the stunning gorge location. Lovely room and large patio to enjoy breakfast alongside the roaring river. Parking was manageable at the roadside, and the lift ideal between floors. The owner and waitress were charming and informative, but we were both startled and disappointed at the continuing grumbles from the receptionist, especially when asked about messages that my daughter had sent there."

"Paper thin walls and night club next door ! Room was basic for the price we paid. Phone not working. Very small bathroom with a nearly see through door ! The lift only goes down to the first floor - not to the ground floor. Breakfast overpriced. Only positive was the view. "

"Firstly the location is excellent. A real prime spot. 1 minute walk to a free car park, 5-10 mins to the marina and directly on the street with all the action. The staff are all friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We were pleased to have a mini-fridge and effective air conditioning!"

"At the Duc de Padoue, the team really cares about their customers’ well being. They go out of their way to help. This includes organizing transport - even beyond Corte. The hotel is walkable from the train station and central to all the sights. Restaurant recommendation was super. The room was renovated and spacious. The breakfast great. "The room was OK. Nothing fancy. They do make you pay extra for towels,sheets, but the beds do have mattress covers, and there are blankets in the room. The room we picked stated it would accommodate a family of five, however there were only four single beds in room. Our youngest is an infant so it wasn't a big problem, but it could have been. The front desk was super nice and helpful, as well as the staff. The resort has activities planned all day, a masseuse(who was awesome), and child care...
