Their ristorante was excellent and the waiters professional. The Hotel Riviera is a gem. It is about 200 meters from the ferry which takes you across the lake to Bellagio in 10 minutes It is considerably less expensive than any accommodation over there. Lovely big room with lots of space. Even though the shower was a little tired I liked that the main bathroom had an attached room with an additional large sink which allowed others to wash/brush teeth while someone else was secure in the main shower room/toilet. "The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."
