"The hotel is nice, clean and strategic. You could walk to St Michel for 1 hour. The owner is ver friendly and helpful. For those who come in after 8pm,make sure you call thm so they an leave you a key in the" mail boxes" in fron of the entrance/restaurant "

"Room was well cleaned. Cleaning staff were friendly when we passed them as we were departing. Room was quiet and enjoyable, bathroom tired and basic but functional and clean. Swimming pool was larger than expected and a peaceful haven. Negatives were lack of receptionist at departure, being presented with our “bill” and not being permitted to leave without paying… we had already paid. We booked the hotel on account of its recommended restaurant which we were told on arrival wouldn’t cater or...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat."

"Excellent property in a small village. Have stayed here three times & always a pleasure to do so. Dinner is expensive but very good quality - not much else nearby... so treat yourself! Breakfast is excellent - great choices, plenty to have. Maybe not as good as previously... but still very good. The onsite spa / pool is lovely... as are the gardens. If you are travelling north or south past Tours... this is a great place to stop!"

"Amazing place. Spread over a very large area with small individual appartments, very clean and comfortable and private. Parking at the appartments could be enlarged or redesigned to have cars at the appartments instead of at the end of the road which meant you go wet if it was raining. Also a bit of a walk to the main hotel for meals. Excellent base for exploring the Loire area."

"The hotel is right in the centre of the town, it was easy enough to find with the Sat Nab, but parking is not that easy, we had to ride around twice before we were lucky to find a space near the hotel & is restricted 9am-6pm, ok outside those times, we arrived after 6pm and the hotel very kindly provided a disabled sticker for an hour or so in the morning. "Our room was very convenient and super clean. The location of this hotel is extremely practical as you go and visit many Castles around in a day trip. There are stores and shop nearby as well. The staff is useful and friendly Unfortunately and unlike advertised, the Wi-Fi is only available in the main building and not the rooms. That might be a small problems for others but since I was coming on a business trip that ended being a huge issue for me at night. This should be better advertised. Also...

"We stayed 4 nights. Nice location with green fields and river at the back, attached to an old mill. Very typical 70s French hotel main building. Easy walk to Chateau and village both of which are lovely. Negatives, carpet stained in main areas in places and euro 9 per person for continental breakfast a bit steep, not included in the rate. Would definately go back clean and friendly. Gardens with nature trail for kids."

"The overall property is nice. It’s located approximately 15 minutes by foot to the town center. The big downside for us was the fact that WiFi was not working with any Apple devices. Being able to connect to WiFi is crucial these days and I hope the management can fix this problem for other incoming guests."
