"Very modern, spacious, quite and comfortable. Smooth self check in and check out at any hour. A bit strange solution for a bathroom light (turns on automatically and is a bit bright at night), but it is a minor thing. Overall is great for a rest on a way to Salzburg."

"I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. "I could not complete the checkin process, there was no one at the hotel to talk to, they did not approve us because of covid19 regulations, we had the certificates but had no one to show them to I had problems with my credit card and because there was no one to talk to in person we could not pay in cash. We called their number and the lady there was not very helpful claiming that we were supposed to email covid19 papers and that she could not send anyone. We ended up going to anothr hotel. The...

"I had a WONDERFUL stay. I was attending the LIDO SOUNDS festival in Linz, and was having trouble getting a taxi. The owner's family helped me get one - they invited me to sit down with them, offered me something to drink while i waited (it was a VERY hot day). Thank you SO much for that generosity and hospitality."

"Well located downtown and on the lakefront. Clean and friendly service. No air conditioning in room and common areas. Good breakfast. No coffee/ tea service or refrigerator in room. Safe box in room didn't work, and not secured to closet."
