"We didn't receive the rooms we ordered on the first night. We were a group of 13 men traveling together and we booked 6 Triple Rooms. at the first night we received a double bad rooms and it was very inconvenienton the second day we replaced the rooms. on the second day not all the rooms received fresh towels. some of the room needed air Refreshment so you could get in. "Hotel is in excellent location wth a short walk into town and parking on site. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff on reception were very helpful. Pool was an added bonus. Lots of restaurants, bars & shops nearby. Our only negative comment was that family with us weren't able to access the garden area with their dogs despite it being a dog friendly hotel. "
