"There were people smoking outside right by the door. The “lobby” was devoid of anything and reeked of smoke. There is no elevator. We went up 3 flights of stairs and still couldn’t find our room. We saw one room that was 2 bunk bed full of dirty bedding. The signage was wrong and we walked a long way with our luggage to 2 dead ends. We left and will not get any sort of a refund. Don’t come here. "

A sense of tranquility and peacefulness surrounds you when you walk around the property. The property is well maintained and oversees the city of Halden. The staff made my family feel like home. "Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call "
