"Absolute bargain price. Room was described as above the bar and may be noisy. We stayed a Sunday and Monday night, noise eas acceptable and did not disturb us. What did disturb us was the awful smell of smoke from the folks outside. This didnt happen on the Sunday night as the bar wasnt as busy and possibly no smokers. "We received a warm welcome during our overnight stay. Hotel room was spotless but a little cold. Temperature couldn't be raised above a set point of 21°c and was quite cold when the heating went off during the night. We dined at the hotel which was good but again public areas were cold. It was bitterly cold but hey it's the winter and we'd expect public areas to be heated to a conformable level without the need for a coat.
