"It is a very nice property in Tequisquiapan. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Very convenient just a block away from the historic downtown area. I would recommend this stay to anyone."

"Lots of mold in the bathroom, on the curtains and on the furniture. Old curtains with stains as well as the bed sheets they were not changed it was the exact same bedsheets with the exact same stains and sewed holes. Hotel rooms need to be better kept. Ice cold showering water. The property It’s self is beautiful everything outside the rooms is beautiful as well as the animals."

"Showers were either scalding or ice cold, no blend. Electricity was irregular so charging any devices was hard, bed was comfortable, room was dim with all lights on. Light outside the door shown through a window all night. Restaurant service was slow and the food only passable. Car service to the airport was 15 minutes late. Morning coffee never came."

"Todo muy bien, las instalaciones son adecuadas, limpias, no es grande lo cual no lo hace que este saturado de gente y bullicio, el restaurante tiene mucha variedad en el menu, el personal siempre muy amables. Lo unico que se podria mejorar es el servicio del WIFI, es muy inestable y para estar trabajando en la habitacion es muy problematico e incomodo. La ubicacion esta muy bien para llegar a los parques industriales que estan alrededor, pero para ir a Queretaro si esta un poco retirado, solo...
