It is an older hotel with simple styling and a local, homely feel. We had a little confusion at check in but that was quickly sorted. There are a few steps to lift luggage up to access the elevator to rooms. Fine for us but might prove an issue for less mobile guests. "This is a true “mom & pop” property. Some parts haven’t been “updated” but that lends to the charm of the property. It has character and is safe & clean. "

"Had adjoining rooms with two bathrooms. One room was small, but both rooms were clean. Beds really comfortable. Good parking. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The location wasn’t bad - a short walk to the train station and town centre. One little problem though. Our European adaptor plugs could not fit any of the sockets in the room, so we could not charge our phones. We’ve experienced this in Italy before though. "

We came in so late due to some travel delays but Giorgino took care of us right away, he is the kindest person I met in our European travels. The hotel was spotless, with parking and also really nice bathrooms and a balcony."
