It was noisy during the night because of the music from the restaurants nearby and from the people from the neighbouring hotels or apartments having their parties. "Staff will do everything to make sure your trip to Visby is a wonderful one. We had a personal emergency come up and the hotel owner sprung into action to make sure we could handle the situation as smoothly as possible from Sweden. Excellent breakfast included with gluten free options, room was lovely - old touches like stained glass and exposed brick wall but also modern, and the location was two turns away from the tourist hub, so it was quiet. The courtyard is lovely. Wouldn’t want to stay...

"I spent 5 nights and was in heaven. Beautifully decorated and kept up. It was like stepping back in time. Having a full kitchen is a great option if you would rather not eat out. WiFi is spotty but you're on a Viking island. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful time. "

It was a bit hot in July because of no A/C, but there was a fan which combined to open windows worked very fine for us!
