"The staff is very good, the public areas are nice. The door to my room needed to be slammed hard in order to latch shut. The mattress was definitely older and not great. The room was pretty clean except i found a strange hair stuck to the shampoo bottle that was mounted to the wall. The coffee they serve is excellent, and the breakfast was very good as well."

"The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again."

"This location has a significant plumbing issue. We arrived late in the evening and were thankfully only staying one night or we would have had to find another place. Anytime any water source was turned on there was an overwhelming sulfur smell that permeated the entire place. The water had a noticeable brown tinge to it.
