"We love this hotel. We stayed 2 nights and we enjoyed. Very clean, friendly staff,and close to restaurants and shopping. The only thing we were disappointed was the breakfast- very poor selection: coffee, tea, bagels, yogurt and store bought muffins. We expected a better quality being from Hilton. Any way we were able to grab a breakfast at some bakery shops in downtown Mistic!! "

"After staying at other hotels in area over the last few years for personal business. It was one of the nicest stays. Quiet even though close to a highway. The Suite layout was nice and livable. Not fancy but nice breakfast. Would stay there again. Comfortable. AC fan was a bit noisy."

"Easy check in actually checked in earlier than 4:00 p.m. no problem construction outside in the road which is not the hotel's fault. The bed was good but I think they could use some mattress topper as the bed was a little too firm. The place was clean room was good they have a bar downstairs in the lobby which is nice. Just a good experience other than the bed. Woke up Bones were aching back was hurting. Just a suggestion to get mattress toppers for the bed"

"The staff that assisted us at the front desk was wonderful. We were surprised that the indoor pool was not heated. We did have a dog in the room next door to us that was constantly barking, thankfully when it was time to go to bed it stopped."

"We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. The complementary cookies were great. The 10% discount at the restaurant on site was a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable. However the icemaker needs to be cleaned on the third floor there was mold on the ice. And my sister said her side of the bed in room 316 there was something poking her."

"I was skeptical after booking and then reading the negative reviews that maybe we didn't make the right choice. To my surprise, the room was extremely clean up on arrival, absolutely no complaints about the room and it's comfort. Front staff was very pleasant. My only complaint was about the pool, which was quite chilly (I don't think it was heated). The pool light was broken and just hanging out the pool, still attached to the inside that left a hole in the pool, which kinda spooked us all out....

"I had a wonderful stay at The Whalers inn. The location is perfect- just a stone throw away from the mystic high street full of shops cafes and restaurants. The staff were so helpful- especially Joe who arranged to retrieve an earring I lost down the sink the day I was checking out and posted it to my next destination."
