"I booked a Tuesday night through this site. It failed to mention that the hotel is closed on Tuesdays. Just a receptionist. At least there was breakfast, which i had doubts about. I also got to see the rest of the hotel just before leaving. Fantastic location, clean, modern hotel. Just don't stay Tuesdays."

"Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

In no more than two minutes by walk, you can reach great local restaurants, amazing pastry shops as well as the main square (Piazza degli Scacchi) and the castle. Its staff is extraordinary helpful. "Hotel splendido, in comoda posizione a 200m dal lago e a 200m dall'inizio della ciclabile che in pochi minuti si collega alla più rinomata ciclopista della Valsugana. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, la camera è profumata, pulita e in ordine, in più l'arredamento è molto curato. Ottimo il deposito bici, qui siete i benvenuti. Ottimo il bar, per chi arriva in bici o alla sera dopo cena è una bellissima oasi rilassante. Non per ultimo, ottima la spa, con sauna e idromassaggio all'aperto."
