"Honestly cannot fault The Pier House. We stayed for one night for a couples getaway and from check in to check out we were so impressed! The lady who checked us in (I’m gutted we didn’t get her name!) was so friendly, explained everything and showed us to our room. We received a complimentary upgrade and our room was beautiful with a harbour view and everything you could need! Special little touches like the radio on as you entered, a Korev each on the house in the mini fridge, dry robes in...

"Staff were very helpful and nice. We had an issue with our shower but it was quickly sorted. Meals taken at the pub were freshly cooked and lovely. Breakfast was left in your room and when you needed more you just had to ask downstairs. For the money we paid it was fair value"

We stayed in a basic double room, very clean and a comfy bed, perfect for our needs for the night. Thank you team well Parc for a the fantastic fireworks display, probably the best one we have seen in many years."
