"We have stayed at the Garden Court before and the overall stay was the great. The breakfast is excellent. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they had no record of our booking. They eventually found it on Expedia.com and had to create a new booking for us. It took over an hour to get our accommodations sorted out."

"The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed.
