"Best thing about this hotel is the aurora calling service, was able to view the aurora while our stay, love the view since it’s a lake at the back of the hotel and make it easier to take aurora photos there. Towels not so clean and housekeeping did not check the shower gel bottles as it was empty when we checked in. Staffs are helpful to give us extra bottle of shower gel to use, overall still recommend for this hotel."

"Well, our stay didn’t start off on the right note which was cause for some disappointment off the bat, but we soon overcame that. Our issue was that the hotel does not keep staff in the reception unless you call them to tell them you’re coming. I don’t know about you but if I book a hotel and I don’t show up, I’ll get charged. "I love this place. I would like to recommand this hotel all of you. It doesn't ask check out time. They just said you can stay enough here. Moreover, they gave breakfast for me even though I'm only guest that day. It's my best hotel in Iceland."

"House was beautiful and clean. However it does have mice. This would not have been an issue had we have known but only found out after the first night when they ate my chocolate which would not have been left out had we known. We also found droppings in the kitchen draws and fireplace behind which was a mousetrap! The facilites were good however we could not use the tv as did not have the code and the owner did not respond to multiple requests for it."
