"Overall a great property. The staff was very friendly and all spoke excellent English. The breakfast was above expectations. The only reason I did not rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was because unfortunately there was a cover for the roller blinds that kept us up as it was windy outside and it was not properly fastened. I could not identify what was making the noise until the morning, but notified the front desk of the problem. "

"Nice affordable hotel. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Wonderful rooftop with views. Tiny shower enclosure might be difficult for larger people. Balcony. Very noisy road, but the balcony doors work well for soundproofing. Parking in street. Nice little town. "

"Nice, well equiped, kind staff, excelent brakfast,clean, fantastic viev.Bathroom had a lot od places where you couf put, hang your things, and towels were so soft...but shower was very small. I should say.. if a guy iz XXL he would have some problems to close the doors, otherwise it was overall a nice place."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel dei fiori. The location was perfect and the walk to so many shops and restaurants was great. We enjoyed Alassio so much we are already planning our return. "

They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach. "

"The owners were very nice and the food was excellent. The room was nice however we were disappointed with the bathroom. We expected a jacuzzi tub, but the jets didn’t work in the tub. There was no shower head, only a hand-held faucet, plus there was no shower enclosure. Made it a challenge to wash without creating a mess all over the bathroom. "

"The hotel has a good location, but unfortunately, the price doesn't match the quality. You’re really just paying for the convenience of the location, and that’s about it. If you're booking through Expedia, be aware that payment is handled directly at the hotel. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but if you only speak English, I’d recommend finding breakfast elsewhere. "We stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is simply the best you could hope for in Alassio: right next to the promenade, but not on it, so that you can sleep. The staff were helpful and nice to deal with. No frills, so don't expect any: just a fine and clean room close to all the amenities Alassio can offer."

"The entry area of the property is beautiful. The staff is helpful and gracious. The parking is very limited and the driveway area to load and unload is very tight. The rooms are clean, but small. The bathroom has what is needed and is clean, but small and tight. The area surrounding the hotel has great options for food and shopping. The hotel is close to the beach and the area is very walkable."

"Great hotel, great location. No need for Uber - just take line 2 from airport to medecine stop on the tram. 5 min walk to hotel door. We arrived early ( 11:45am) but we’re able to get into our room- even though it was FULL! You can’t go wrong booking this hotel. You are in the city- so it isn’t “quiet” in the streets at night. But it is a lovely , clean hotel!"

"We arrived at the hotel a day late due to a flight cancellation and the front desk staff could not have been more warm and welcoming after what became nearly a 48 hour journey for my sister and me. "Nice comfortable place with good food. Wi-Fi now good. This is my third time to the hotel and the first the Wi-Fi only worked slowly in the reception area, so I was happy with this visit. As in the past I was given a spacious room with a big balcony looking at the tower of the church opposite. Nice bathroom. Nice desk in room. Good closet space. The large balcony would be a nice place to view the hills and enjoy the sky. All the staff were very nice. Great staff and most speak decent English. Very helpful receptionist got me a taxi to the train station. Wine was a good deal a 10 Euro for Nero D’avola. Right across the road to the long beach walk to the marina and pedestrian area of Finalpia. A short walk to the beginning of Finale Ligure. A bit of walk to Finale Borgo. I would return"
