"Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. "Absolutely loved our stay, which unfortunately was only for one night. Although a 3 star it felt like we stayed in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The views over the frozen lake and mountains from our room and the restaurant were breathtaking. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of nice touches that made it extra special - the dressing gowns were so luxurious. Breakfast was fantastic. Looking forward to staying again. "

At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel."
