"My room was clean and just about everything worked except for one bedside lamp. And the door stop on the room door was held up by duck tape. The one ice machine in the entire hotel was not working and the only sign indicating that was on the machine itself. I’ve stayed there several times and always had a nice visit. There’s always a hiccup now and then. "

"We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping areas, as well as the harbor. It was the perfect location for all of the New Years Eve festivities. The hotel offered some fun extras like a hot chocolate bar in the lobby. We had a great stay!"

"Great stay. Room 230 did smell a bit musky like wet carpet. But won’t affect my survey. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here in the last year. It didn’t smell like this before. "

"We have stayed at this venue many times. For major holidays/events- it is close to everything. Park your car (assuming you get one of their parking spots- first come, first served) and put your keys away until vacation’s end! Best hotel for music/bars/dining. I recommend the on-site bar (Mermaids) for quality hand made beverages. Paul & co. do a great job. For music, the Green Turtle is next door- with great performances/fun/dancing/cocktails. The room prices are low. The rooms are small. But...

"Very nice hotel, didn't have that weird hotel smell (except in the elevator for some reason). Rooms were nice and spacious, good beds. Breakfast was ok."
