"Easy to find. Staff made you feel welcome on staying. Evening meal restaurant very busy had a meal but not to my personal taste very salty. Room was very humid and found difficult to sleep even when the weather was only 20c outside also had a party outside so music going on till midnight. Beds comfortable. Tea facilities had no milk. "Really good breakfast, nice swimming pool (smallish) with surrounding decking & chairs, loungers and hammock. Hotel is in 2 parts, divided by a fairly quiet road. We didn't know this, although were aware that we had selected a standard room, not one of the more prestigious ones. Our room was ok, although pretty basic, and we did have a lake view, but it always feels a bit disjointed staying in the annex. Also annex had no lift, and we had lots of luggage. Great location, good parking."

"This hotel is undergoing renovations and will, in a few years, be a pretty neat place. But for now (and reviews dating back to 2009 confirm this), the hotel is an unappealing construction site--noisy, dusty, ugly. We arrived to loud banging and drilling and found live wires hanging all over the place, including in the pool area! My child desperately needed an afternoon nap, which was impossible. We were told to go sit by the indoor pool if we wanted to rest. Odd. The room was extremely small...
