"Great little hotel a short walk from the private ferry port on Xiaoliuqiu. Staff didn't speak very much english, but they were very kind and helpful. Parking is easy. Wifi was no great in our room, but useable. Really nice shower and everything was super clean. There is also a really nice rooftop terrace with a view of the coast of the big island and a pretty good view of the stars too! "

"The room was clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not rock solid. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. The owner spoke enough English to get me checked in. If he needed help he asked a neighbor. The scooter rental was a very good deal and one of the best parts of my trip. The electric scooter is a good way to see Kenting. The hotel was a bit loud at times. Some rooms had play areas for children. I recomend the Totoro room for those with kids. Would stay again."

"Room 203 was bright and airy because it has access to a balcony. The bathroom is private inside the room, but the shower wets the toilet because there is no divider. Housekeeping knocked once during our four-day stay and emptied our garbage. The host seems to live in a connected home next door, and it was a nice arrangement to be able to ask questions if needed but they give guests a lot of privacy and peace. Highly pleased by the water bubbler in the common area to be able to refill my bottles...

"First we stayed 3 nights. We loved it. We added 2 more nights, added another 2 nights. The hotel is at excellent location, room is spacious and clean. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is not that great. It is okay."

"This hotel is overpriced compared to hotels in major cities in Taiwan, and in poor condition. The wifi wasn't working when I checked in, was briefly fixed, and then stopped working again. There was a balcony with partial ocean views, as advertised, but the lock on the sliding door wasn't working, so it was very difficult to open and close the door. "Xiao liu qiu is a beautiful island with lovely beaches and views. This hotel is very clean and quietly located some distance away from the harbour area. Accommodation here is excellent! The owners are a lovely couple who came to pick me up at the harbour and also they got their sister/sister-in-law to give me a ride back to the harbour when i left the next day. Highly recommended!"

Limited room service, and front desk service. Front desk had no valuable local information. Smells bad.
