"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The coffee and muffins in the lobby was a nice touch too. Only glitch was sound on tv. I think it was a programming issue. He did replace the cable box but still happened. I did figure out that if you turn the tv off and back on the sound would come back, so it was fixable. :) Overall a wonderful restful stay."

"Great and friendly service! The property was undergoing some work to the surrounding yard/front so it didn’t look like much when we arrived. As soon as we opened the front door though it was beautiful and clean. The room was very comfortable and cute. No coffee maker in the room but you could walk downstairs and grab some hot water or coffee from the dining room. Good selection for breakfast. "

"Rooms so spacious, little kitchen area even, real wood floors, all so clean. Stairs there but young man there carried up our luggage, came right to car and got it too! Breakfast was wonderful, cooked right for you when you go to breakfast room. Cruise ships docking for day right across the road. We would definitely go back again 💕"

"While I gave the property poor ratings, this place has potential and the owners are actively attending/cleaning to a few things around the area. It looks like the property was recently bought and still being put together as they continue to run the business. There is a small swing set and what looks to be a play house for the kids but I'd recommend some supervision for younger children. The cottages themselves are nice. Full kitchen, including a full sized fridge and stove. It has lovely decor....

"Everything is wonderful !The environment here is beautiful, close to the sea, clean and sanitary, only 1 km away from the lighthouse, and the famous Richard's lobster roll restaurant is within 1 km. The owner is very warm and friendly, and we are very grateful to the owner for giving us a thoughtful gift. We like it very much and have already booked to stay here next year!"

"We were looking for a quiet, rustic, cottage that was clean, well-supplied and in a great location and this met all our needs. We'd definitely stay there again. Was it perfect? No. But we weren't looking for perfection. Great for kids (pool), awesome location right near Brackley Beach. Short drive to Fisherman's Wharf Lobster supper restaurant. "
