First, the shower in my room never worked properly, I put in a service request to have the shower fixed, and even after it was serviced, it never worked correctly. "Staff is impersonal, particularly at reception where they need to be super helpful. My husband come down with flu and asked at reception if they had any medicine and the answer was “ no “ and end of, not an alternative offered or even indicating the nearest pharmacy. Rooms were okay, clean but worn out and the daily room keeping rushed as I would find dirt on the floor from the day before. Food was well cooked and tasty but not much variety offered as the days went by. "

"The melia resort is amazing, but the apartment is privately owned which lived up to this resorts standard. The apartment was spacious and had every amenity that was needed, along with a lovely welcome pack of essentials. It is situated in a great location, with the sun starting early on the left hand side of the balcony moving over to the right hand side, so sun for the full day.
