"Meersburg and the hotel were something of a revelation to us. Only there for an overnight stay but will certainly be back. Our room was pleasant, clean, seemingly recently refurbished, and very well appointed / designed / set out, with guests’ convenience in mind. The hotel is directly on the lakeside, and our room looked out on to the ferry quay. Peaceful and beautiful. "Not many options in the area. Flooring is just stuck on and slippery! Had to ask them to make it safer to walk on w/ quick reclean. No AC, loud construction out of window. The plus is that they have a cute bar/snack room downstairs. But we walked to an Italian restaurant near Migros that was excellent."
