"Only complaints were lack of parking and/or door access on the sides and back, had to walk all the way around to the front, no big deal except it was raining. Also, our room had only A/C no heat, it was freezing cold, BUT the front desk gave us a portable heater during our stay. Otherwise very nice, great access, friendly staff, we would stay there again."

"I like Embassy suite hotels for many reasons. I like the room layout with separate sleeping area. Very spacious. I also like the evening reception and made to order omlettes at breakfast. The bed was awful. It was not comfortable at all and my back is killing me today. Staff was friendly. I asked for a complimentary upgrade which I know was available, as i could have reserved it online. So I hate it when staff lies and says we don't have any upgrades available. Just tell me you're not going...
