Only thing they allowed some groups to checked-in 3 am and they made such a noisy sounds calling their names each other very loud chatting in the corridor that woke us up till 4:30 am.Althoug it is not entirely hotel's issue, they should be more considerate to check them in a separate floor or area for noisy groups. "We love this hotel and have been here many times. It’s simple in terms of decor. Our bed this time (rm 403) was the most comfortable we’ve had. It’s a small room, not for too tall people as an alcove. Best location, super staff, lovely bar and outdoor seating, less than a minute to the Monastery and all the best restaurants."

"The room was quite small, the bed took up most of the room and it was a small double bed. Getting in is easy enough, and there are several shared bathrooms. There was only 2 places to eat within walking distance and that was not a good experience. The bed creaks a lot everytime I moved. It is enough to just sleep, and the WiFi is fine, but it is super minimal."

"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....
