"We really liked being directly on Zicatela beach and close by to other surfing areas. The shops and restaurants are very much a beach type vibe. Good location, good A/C, warm water, pool and free breakfast on site. I do recommend ear plugs as the music can be loud some nights. Thank you."

"I enjoyed my stay and would come here every time when I visit puerto. Staff was really nice. It’s very convenient, right to the point, beds, ac, tvs and beach access. It’s mom and pop so I totally loved that, I don’t like the corporate feel so I will definitely come back. Beach access was great and I saw a lot of complaints of their access but you can’t find beauty at your fingertips so the only walk was worth it. Very beautiful and loved my stay. "

"My family and I stayed here March 22-27 and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful - our room was right beside one of the pools and the beach bar. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we felt very safe. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops, but off the main street so was quiet. Would definitely come back again!"

"Staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early! The room was small but very clean and the shower was amazing with lots of water pressure. Right off the main road so it could be loud when there was traffic. Great for the price!!"

"La estancia fue muy amena. El hotel se disfruta mas para estar solo para dormir. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero lo que falta es un mini refrigerador para guardar bebidas. Además de un lugar para tender la ropa. Esta muy bien ubicada la propiedad, facilidad de acceso y cerca de muchos puntos de interés. Hay un restaurante pero no estaba en funcionamiento. La piscina o alberca esta muy bien, le falta un poco de mantenimiento pero la disfrutamos a lo grande."

"We felt the design of the rooms all together in a horshoe pattern was excellent. It provides a close safe atmosphere. Which also allowed for guests to connect easier. Very friendly staff. "This is a new boutique 9 room hotel that has been written up in several architecture magazines. It is pretty striking- using sharp edged concrete everywhere with a dramatic circle theme in the lobby with its pool and sitting areas. The architecture is why we booked here. "I loved this hotel! I was a little nervous at first — other than Expedia, I couldn’t find much about it on Instagram or TikTok. But yes, it’s real, and it’s even better in person! The location is perfect — just a short walk to Rinconada, where you’ll find tons of great spots to eat. It was super easy to get around from here, too. And Luis… omg, he was amazing! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Puerto Escondido!"

"The street is closed to vehicles every night for street market. Mostly touristy stuff and food but still cool. On Wednesday nights only a nightclub near the hotel plays LOUD music til 3 a.m. not the hotel's fault, but be aware. Mexico is noisy😀 I will stay here whenever I come to Puerto rscondido"
