The current owners appear to be doing a great job with regards providing a great value for money property just off the A1. The evening menu looked ok but I arrived a little late so just had a drink in the bar. As of 5/4/25 a pint of Madri cost £5.50 & Aspal Cider £5. Cheaper than most pubs I use. "A one night stay in central Stamford worked well. Very old building and very quirky. I called to see where i could park and the owner came out and showed me a space in his car parking area. Breakfast was in a fridge in the room with fresh milk , cereals, tea coffee etc which was fine. Be prepared for small stairs!"
